I’m making this page since there has recently been a lot of rescues made by Honolulu Fire Department. This page will help you with some knowledge to get out of a situation, instead of going in blinded. It will also help or lessen a risk or injury to a rescuer, and also not waste tax payers money, at the account of being irresponsible. With a little bit of knowledge before you go out on a simple day hike, It may help you if things go wrong. Remember to always research your hike, and always hike with a buddy.
